Then, I chose 20-seven, one of the hot spots in Kyungsung University
This is one of the Pukyongdae bars that I remember because I feel the interior of the original wine bar atmosphere. I remember once, the store disappeared and the bar that was located was 207 at Kyungsung University, which has a long, straight-out store shape
Because of the subtle lights installed all over the store, the atmosphere is a little different from the regular bar? It was a good bar feeling because of the subtle lighting, so it seemed good to have a date.
Although there are various alcoholic beverages, the signature menu of twenty-seven is by far the pork belly squid in the oven, and the combination of the pork belly and the spicy squid is popular. So we ordered it as a signature menu.
The basic snacks are cool muskets and food, which is not bad for eating while having a soju or beer until the main is out. Especially cool and sweet, Muksabal was my style.
Sesame leaves and ssammu are pre-made to wrap together when the main snack comes out.
And the pork belly squid in the main snack oven. Isn't the visual a unique and unusual comfort? You can think of it as a sweet potato mousse that plays a role in catching the spicyness of squid, but on my standards, squid was not so spicy.
When the snack comes out, the employee cuts the squid in a suitable size, so please endure it a little.
Now we start a full-scale tasting. I am a wheat, my brothers are soju, but we have one missing. I went early on weekdays and I was the first guest and we were the only ones so I could drink very comfortably.
I tried pork belly first, but it's very crispy on the outside, which is a little different from normal pork belly, and it's crispy on the outside, so it feels like it's fried. I was rather more delicious to eat pork belly and squid at once, rather than eating pork belly and squid separately, and the combination of pork belly and squid sauce was good.
I also tried the sweet potato mousse in the middle, but personally I didn't like to eat it with sweet potato mousse. I don't like the sweet stuff, so I just remember it was easy
I ordered a Gambas. It's one of my favorite snack menus. I like it because it's not full and it's not as good as shochu or beer snacks.Twenty-seven Gambas seemed to have a lot of olive oil in it compared to the rest, almost dived in shrimp
